On the label, there is an ornamental frame in the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners, and inside it, a rectangle crossed by an ornamental band with the word ‘Kerbel’, and in the rectangle the words ‘Sardines à l’huile’. On the strip, at the centre, there is an image of a sardine within an ornamental frame, and on either side, within two ovals, the intertwined initials ‘F. J.’. Also on this strip, within two oval ornaments, one contains the word ‘Kerbel’, and the other ‘Sardines à l’huile’. At the ends of the strip, within two ovals, are the intertwined initials ‘F. J.’.”
Intended for tins containing preserved sardines.
