No centro da ellipse ha uma ancora dentro de um circulo limitado por quatro circumferencias concentricas, tendo a corôa circular interna as palavras: Marca registada, dispostas a primeira na parte superior e a segunda na inferior d`esta corôa. No espaço que fica entre a circumferencia exterior e a cercadura elliptica lê-se: no superior, a indicação do producto a que a marca é destinda, no inferior – Fabricação garantida, e nos lados tem uns pequenos ornatos firmados na circumferencia.” Destinada a peixe em salmoura.

Trademark description: An ellipse enclosed by an ornamented border, with the words Fábrica de Conservas – Ascensão at the top and Setúbal – Portugal at the bottom. Each side features the letter A. At the center of the ellipse is an anchor within a circle bounded by four concentric circumferences. The innermost circular band bears the words Marca Registada, with Marca at the top and Registada at the bottom of this band. In the space between the outermost circumference and the elliptical border, the upper part displays the indication of the product for which the trademark is intended, while the lower part reads Fabricação Garantida. On the sides, there are small decorative elements set along the circumference.
